A triad area Janitorial Service in major growth mode is searching for Account Managers in the Lumberton, NC area! The home base for this position is in High Point, NC but the ideal candidate will travel throughout their assigned NC service area. The Account Managers will lead a team of employees and contractors to ensure that their assigned account receives the best possible service and that all operational goals are met. Although this is a leadership position, the perfect candidate will be a ' lead by example' manager who won' t hesitate to jump in and get their hands dirty, if necessary. This is a full-time position and does not have a set schedule, as Account Managers are expected to be accessible to their customer twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week as needs may arise. - High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Progressively responsible customer service experience
- Management and or supervisory experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and floor maintenance experience is a plus
- Anticipates change and shows flexibility
- Ability to manage account operations independently, and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously
- Ability to manage resources to ensure that established service levels are achieved at all times
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
