We are assisting our client, a full-service accounting firm, in their search for an Administrative Assistant! The responsibilities of this role will include general office duties, bookkeeping, and document management. Candidates must be available to work 1st shift (8: 30am-5: 00pm) Monday-Friday, and willing to work additional hours including some weekends from mid-February through mid-April. The ideal candidate will enjoy customer contact and have excellent client service and communication skills. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity offering a competitive pay rate. Job Duties:
- General office duties including answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, a
- Performing basic bookkeeping work
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail, faxes and emails
- Scan and file client information, and assist with processing client copy of tax return and/or financial statements
- Maintain electronic filing system and send electronic info to clients upon request

Requirements:
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft 7 including Excel, Word, and Outlook
