Customer Service Dispatcher

- Troubleshoot daily issues as they arise
- Monitor multiple jobs in multiple states that are currently underway
- Stay up to date on the scheduling of jobs, specific equipment needed for jobs, and coordinating with field employees
- Address field employee needs such as dispatching mechanics to repair damaged equipment, flat tire, etc.
- Field calls from customers to resolve any issues including scheduling conflicts, equipment issues, etc.
- Computer proficiency is a must, including Word & Excel
- Ability to learn and operate within company' s crane selection system
- Great communication skills in order to communicate with customers and field employees constantly throughout the day
- Ability to work under pressure, and manage tense communication as needed
