Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Support for office applications (Quickbooks, Payroll, MS Office, OnContact CRM)
- Perform periodic backup and restore with knowledge of disaster recovery
- Windows computer support including Security, H/W and S/W configuration, printers
- Networking, routing, DNS, DHCP, Internet & Cloud
- SQL database support and maintenance
- Visual Basic Scripting
Profile of the Suitable Candidate:
- 5 to 7 years of experience supporting all technologies for small to medium businesses
- CompTIA A+ and Network + certifications
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- Ability to work on a team as well as self-directed
