We' re seeking a Human Resources Manager for our client in High Point. This is a permanent, Direct Hire opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package! Responsibilities of this role include ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Qualified candidates will have a degree in Human Resources, and be experienced in the development of salary budgets, internal evaluation programs, and company handbook policies & procedures. - Develop and administer Human Resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
- Plan, organize, and control the activities and actions of the HR department
- Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
- Implement and revise company s compensation program
- Create and revise job descriptions
- Conduct annual salary surveys
- Develop, analyze, and update the company s salary budget and evaluation program
- Develop, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures, and maintain and revise the company' s handbook
- Perform benefits administration
- Maintain affirmative action programs
- Oversee recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
- Conduct new employee orientations and employee relations counseling, and overseeing exit interviews
- Maintain department records and reports
- Participate in administrative staff meetings
- Maintain company directory and other organizational charts
- Recommend new policies, approaches, and procedures

- Bachelor' s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification is preferred
