Excellent Part-Time Administrative Assistant opportunity working for a Low Voltage Solutions Company located in Greensboro, NC . This is a Direct-Hire Permanent position to join a family owned business. Seeking a self-starter who can work independently and also in a team environment. This would be an excellent career for someone seeking a Part-Time position working only 3 Days per week 8: 00 am to 4: 30 pm (Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday.)
- General office duties including answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, a
- Performing basic bookkeeping work
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail, faxes and emails
- Maintain electronic filing system and send electronic info to clients upon request
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.
- Data Entry and Inventory skills
- Must be proficient Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
- Quickbooks experience a plus but not required
