Knitting Machine Operator/Technician – High Tech Manufacturing

Location: Easily accessible from Winston-Salem, Kernersville, and High Point
Shift: 2nd Shift 
Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Knitting Machine Operator/Technician to join our cutting-edge manufacturing team. This is a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art Ravon 4.0 high-gauge knitting machines in a newly built, innovative facility—the first of its kind in the U.S.

This role demands more than traditional machine operation — strong computer skills and a self-directed mindset are essential.

What You'll Do:
  • Operate and maintain 30+ Ravon 4.0 computerized knitting machines
  • Start, run, monitor, and optimize glove production (approx. 7-minute cycle time per glove)
  • Learn to navigate machines not programmed in English — adaptability required
  • Track and reorder inventory of replacement parts and machine components
  • Ensure efficient machine performance and quality output
  • Collaborate with a small, trust-based team while working independently
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma (HSD) required
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong focus on knitting machine operations
  • Exceptional computer literacy and ability to learn non-English machine interfaces
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and initiative
  • A motivated, self-starting professional looking to grow in a first-in-the-nation facility
