This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy staying organized, working with inventory systems, and supporting manufacturing operations. As an Inventory / Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and smooth production flow. This position offers long-term stability, opportunities to expand technical and system knowledge, and growth within warehouse, inventory control, or materials management functions. Working 1st shift, 7am - 3:30pm with Overtime and a starting pay of $17.75 per hour.
Job Duties
- Perform cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy
- Maintain accurate daily cycle count records
- Execute material and inventory transactions using JD Edwards
- Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory files and records
- Prepare and manage required documentation related to materials and inventory
- Coordinate supplies and support materials functions across operations
- Maintain forklift qualifications and safely operate material-handling equipment
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervision
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse experience, including order picking and receiving, preferred
- Forklift certified or willing and able to be trained
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Proficiency with computers and inventory systems
- JD Edwards experience preferred, but not required
- Working knowledge of manufacturing products and material parts
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as a strong team member
- Flexibility to work variable or extended hours as operational needs require
Education
- High School diploma or GED required
- Stable role in a manufacturing support environment
- Hands-on experience with inventory control and ERP systems
- Opportunities to grow into advanced inventory, materials planning, or supervisory roles
