Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sublimation printing software and printer efficiently and accurately.
- Load and change large paper rolls (must be able to lift heavy rolls safely).
- Open boxes and arrange products on tables for the sublimation process.
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Support smooth shift transitions by prepping materials for the next team.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy paper rolls (up to 65 lbs).
- Basic computer skills and comfort with operating printing software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus.
