Key Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Perform light assembly of various parts as needed
- Pick, pack, and stage parts accurately for shipment
- Verify customer orders, inventory levels, and stocking locations
- Prepare and process shipping documentation
- Perform JD Edwards transactions, including put-way, transfers, and inventory updates
- Conduct cycle counts as required or directed
- Maintain organized work areas to support Lean and safety standards
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external customers, partners, and suppliers
- Function as a team player within the work cell
- Communicate concerns related to quality, safety, or material flow to supervision in a timely manner
- Previous Forklift Experience
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety and job accuracy
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse experience, including order picking and shipping/receiving, preferred
- Previous material handling experience preferred
- Stable role supporting manufacturing and customer fulfillment
- Starting pay $17.75 per hour
- Cross-training opportunities across warehouse, inventory, and shipping functions
- Exposure to ERP systems and Lean practices
- Advancement potential into inventory control, logistics, or lead roles
- Team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
