Key Responsibilities
- Learn to use the computer system to determine paint requirements and access job specifications.
- Develop skills to produce consistent, high-quality finishes that meet established spray patterns and standards.
- Set up and operate hand spray equipment and automatic systems to achieve required paint finishes.
- Recognize and correct conditions that may cause poor finish quality, working closely with painters and supervisors.
- Maintain proper air and fluid pressure, fan adjustments, and equipment functionality.
- Clean paint pumps and spray guns after use and follow waste handling and disposal guidelines.
- Adhere to all safety practices, including the use of PPE (safety glasses, gloves, respirator, etc.).
- Willingness to learn spray painting techniques and equipment setup.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
