Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled TIG/MIG Welder with hands-on experience in stainless steel welding. This role is not entry-level—we’re looking for professionals who understand the nuances of thin-gauge metalwork and can deliver high-quality vertical welds with precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform 85% TIG welding and 15% MIG welding on stainless steel components.
  • Execute vertical welds with accuracy and consistency.
  • Work with thin-gauge stainless steel, requiring low heat and high precision.
  • Collaborate with the fabrication team to assemble large industrial ovens.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the welding process.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of real-world welding experience (not school-based).
  • Proven expertise in TIG welding, especially on stainless steel.
  • Comfortable with vertical welds and precision techniques.
  • Experience with thin materials—pipe welders used to high heat and thick metals may not be a good fit.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Pay based on experience.
