The Resource is hiring a Vetting Specialist for a federal contractor.  This is a remote opportunity that is Temp-to- Hire  that offers a pay rate of $23.00 per hour and has a 1st shift schedule (8: 30am-5: 00pm).  The Vetting Specialist will  perform  a variety of general, administrative, and organizational tasks to help the  Vetting Manager complete program milestones. Duties also include provide administrative and clerical support including organizing, electronic filing, etc. Ideal candidates for this role should have excellent computer skills, proficient  in using the Microsoft  office suite, and have excellent communication skills.  If you' re seeking a new role too advance your career, apply today!

Responsibilities
-  Provide administrative and clerical support including organizing, electronic filing and emailing
-  Review and compile onboarding for background investigation submissions
-  Assist with background investigation questionnaires
-  Perform data entry, including maintaining and updating records, spreadsheets, and documents
-  Create, organize, and maintain electronic files
-  Manage workflow to ensure that deadlines are  met, and work is completed correctly and timely
-  Continuously monitor spreadsheets and background investigation submissions/results
-  Prepare and modify documents including emails, reports, and protocols
-  Correspond with colleagues, and candidates via phone, email, and text as appropriate

Qualifications: 
-  High school diploma (or GED) required; Associate degree preferred
-  2+ years of administrative support experience required
Must be bilingual (Spanish)
-  Strong computer skills with the ability to install and configure hardware and software, connect peripheral devices, and connect to internet and/or Wi-Fi signal
-  Basic internet connectivity and troubleshooting skills
-  Proficient in Office 360, One Drive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment?
-  Ability to set up and operate standard office equipment—laptop, smartphone, printer/scanner/fax/copier, peripheral devices
-  Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
-  Ability to prioritize tasks to keep projects on time
-  Strong problem-solving skills
-  Ability to work  independently  and within a team
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organization  skills
-  Ability to  multi-task
