The Resource is actively recruiting for Operations Manager Trainees for an Emerging Leader program with our client, the world leader in yarn manufacturing and fiber technology!
These are permanent, Direct Hire opportunities, offering a competitive starting salary, with growth opportunities upon completion of the training program, as well as a generous Benefits package. There are currently openings in Gaffney, SC and Mountain City, TN. Relocation assistance will be provided if needed. Shift hours are 7 pm to 7 am (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off schedule)
Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate to different facilities as needs arise is highly preferable. Emerging Leaders will learn all of the functions performed by operators in a facility, in order to transition into a supervisory role upon completion of training, overseeing 25-35 operators on a shift.
- Training can last up to 6 months+, based on experience level, but no previous supervisory or management experience is necessary.
- A college degree is required for all candidates.
