The Resource is hiring a Glass Handler/Glass Cutter for our client, a manufacturer and installer of customized glass products, located in Winston-Salem, NC! This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity that offers a pay rate of $17.50 per hour and has a 2nd shift schedule (2:15am-10:15pm) . The Glass Handler/Glass Cutter would be responsible for moving glass products throughout the plant, making specialized cuts on glass using precise measurements, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Ideal candidates for this role should have experience handling heavy materials and knowledgeable using precision measuring tools. Responsibilities:
- Handling and lifting custom glass shower doors weighing 80 lbs and more
- Making specialized cuts on glass using precise measurements down to the 16th of an inch
- Ensuring quality and accuracy in all cuts and handling processes
- Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications:
- Experience in handling heavy materials and lifting objects weighing 80 lbs and up
- Proficiency in using a tape measure with precision down to the 16th of an inch
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
