Client Services Coordinator
Job Description
The Resource is hiring a Client Services Coordinator for our client, a major manufacturing company, located in Winston-Salem, NC! This is a permanent, Direct-Hire opportunity that offers a salary range of $49,000-$64,000 per year. The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) facilitates and coordinates customer relationships pertaining to clients needing fan and supporting hardware components, preventive maintenance programs, and overall customer support. The CSC will be the main point in contact for customers an will strive to retain present customers and develop new business by extending professional and efficient service. Responsibilities:
- Oversees parts order fulfillment process
- Provides customers with timely responses, technical documentation, and quotes for parts or service
- Assists with ongoing facility maintenance, including repairs and maintenance contracts
- Assists with maintaining service vehicles according to the service vehicle checklist
- Handles escalated service requests and issues by working closely with customers and sales reps
- Checks quotes and POs for accuracy and consistency before submitting for order processing
- Finds solutions that benefit both the customer and the company
- Tracks the number of orders entered and maintains a monthly error log
- Manages the parts RMA process
- Maintains customer accounts and records via CRM and ERP systems. Records customer interactions w/details of inquiries, complaints, and/or comments
- Collects data and prepares reports on customer complaints and inquiries
- Proactively investigates existing customer base challenges and upcoming needs
- Prepares knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to FAQs
- Works w/marketing to ensure that customers are informed about upcoming changes to product lines and services offered
- Engages regularly (monthly cadence) with the engineering & marketing teams to convey overall customer feedback/challenges
- Develops and assists with CRM process implementation and discovery
Qualifications:
- Associates degree required, bachelor’s preferred in business administration or similar. Two to four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic skills in computer operation/navigation
- Experienced in basic electrical metering devices
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to manage workflows of direct reports
- Ability to collaborate with other departments
- Knowledge of electricity, motors, transformers, and fuses
