Your Role:
As the Product Quality Assurance & Consumer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing product quality assurance, wear testing, and consumer support, working closely with vendors, licensors, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Quality Assurance
- Log incoming development samples into the Concept-to-Purchase (CTP) portal
- Create Quality Assurance Verification (QAV) documents to evaluate vendor samples
- Submit new sample requests based on QAV results
- Distribute benchmark samples to vendors and distribution centers
- Maintain organized records of QAVs and vendor samples
- Communicate with external vendors regarding quality assurance processes
- Document Quality Assurance-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Distribute Wear Test samples and compile results
- Manage multi-departmental sample-related requests
- Become an expert in Consumer Support SOPs
- Handle consumer inquiries via online platforms and phone calls
- Direct non-consumer inquiries to the appropriate department
- Provide prompt responses within 24 hours
- Obtain and review product photographs/samples from consumers as needed
- Resolve consumer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain and update the internal Consumer Contact tracking document
