Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer invoices and ensure timely, accurate billing
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable
- Apply payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
- Contact customers to collect on overdue balances and discuss payment plans
- Generate and analyze aging reports
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing or payment issues
- Assist with month-end closing tasks as needed
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or similar accounting functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Part-Time
- Pay Range: $22–$24/hour, depending on experience (DOE)
