The Resource is hiring a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for our client, a private investigation company, located in Winston-Salem, NC! This is a permanent, Direct-Hire opportunity that offers a pay rate of $14.00 - $16.00 per hour (depending on experience), benefits package, and has a 1st shift schedule. The Administrative Assistant would be responsible for performing diverse administrative duties with broad responsibilities necessitating high level contact and exposure to highly confidential information. The Administrative Assistant will use a considerable use of tact, diplomacy, and discretion while handling documents. Ideal candidates for this role should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, have problem solving skills, and leadership skills. - Perform comprehensive background investigations from a variety of agencies using investigative tools; compile reports on individuals in question; maintain records on these investigations
- Prepare and edit investigative reports for submission to clients
- Provide receptionist functions
- Assist in production of investigative videos using a variety of software programs

- Associate degree or higher desirable
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Ability to demonstrate sound, accurate judgment, and analytical skills by applying existing job knowledge to effectively service clients
- Possession of sufficient typing skills necessary to successfully perform the functions of the position
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage others. (Not required, but is a bonus)
- Knowledge of: Legal terminology (helpful)
- Research methods and techniques. Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
- Ability to: Project an outgoing professional personality. Understand and follow written and oral directions
- Comprehend and make inferences from written material. Produce written documents which clearly and accurately depict logical and organized thoughts using proper sentence structure, punctuation, grammar, and spelling
- Communicate professionally and effectively with all team members and clients. Accurately and in a timely manner utilize various computer software applications to perform duties. Perform secretarial and clerical duties with speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision
