We' re seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client, a highly specialized travel company, focusing on serving the travel needs of established casino patrons. The Administrative Assistant will support the cruise booking, charter junket and motor coach programs. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the company s ongoing charter, custom, motor coach and cruise travel bookings
- Maintain accurate timelines of required support duties in relation to multiple trips at once
- Assisting with all forms of junket paperwork, including Word documents, emails, and Excel forms
- Working with client bookings through Salesforce and other cloud programs
- Responding to customer email inquiries & sending email confirmations to clients
- Evaluating computer-based client records, reach sound conclusions as to qualifications of the client and book hotel, charter air & motor coach junket reservations for those clients
- General office duties such as bill paying, light correspondence, vendor interactions (phone company, printer repair person, etc.) and filing
- Light housekeeping duties weekly

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with all personality types, well-spoken and strong writing skills
- Outgoing personality and the ability to flourish in high pressure situations
- Confidentiality agreement required and strictly enforced
- Friendly, outgoing phone personality and the ability to answer and direct incoming calls, including detailed message taking, as needed
- Fluency in Word, Excel, Power Point & Publisher
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, both creating, reformatting and analyzing data, accuracy in data entry is a must
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mail Chimp or Constant Contact
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to learn our industry-specific custom software, which is a relational database and requires no knowledge of coding
- Ability to self-motivate, learn quickly and maintain productivity without supervision
- Adaptability, when someone else in the office needs a helping hand, we all pitch in
- Neat, professional appearance
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screening and testing
