- Handle daily office duties, and company finances
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research
- Administrative experience w/ Real Estate or Property management knowledge
- Proficiency with computers and office equipment
- Excellent communication skills
-Time management skills, organization and the ability to multitask
