Our client in Winston-Salem, a property management company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to add to their team! The Administrative Assistant would be responsible for handling office duties and day to day personal finances with the company. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative, real estate or property management experience, and knowledgeable of sales agreements. Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office duties, and company finances
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research

Qualifications:
- Administrative experience w/ Real Estate or Property management knowledge
- Proficiency with computers and office equipment
- Excellent communication skills
-Time management skills, organization and the ability to multitask
