We' re seeking Administrative Sales Support for a Direct Hire opportunity with our client, a supplier of industry leading material handling equipment! The company currently has five locations, with their home office located in Winston-Salem, where this role will be based. The role of Administrative Sales Support is responsible for focus on handling the administrative reporting needed for customers and handling calls/emails concerning customer issues. Duties include proactively managing the customer s service needs to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinating the research and resolution in regards to exception problem management of customer troubles and issues. The ideal candidate will have previous B2B customer service experience, preferably in the forklift or heavy equipment industry, with mechanical aptitude and computer proficiency. Responsibilities:
- Promote and secure PM agreements with all new truck deliveries, and Obtain PM agreements on at least 75% of all new trucks delivered in territory
- Perform lease turn-in reviews
- Promote and secure PM renewals and obtain new PMs from existing customers
- Perform audits of customers fleet of equipment during PM renewal time and make appropriate recommendations
- Perform analysis and reporting of Guaranteed Maintenance contracts
- Promote sales of trucks, catalog and other products. Pass leads along to appropriate Territory and/or Account Manager
- Assist Territory and Account Managers on Sales Calls
- Follow up on all service quotes not closed by Technicians or the Service Writer
- Promote Dock & Door sales, and provide all Dock & Door quotes corporately and administer billing
- Attend and participate in all sales or Company meetings
- Participate in Company-sponsored training sessions for enhancing soft sales skills and technical knowledge
- Analyze customer spend reports and support reps in the delivery of them corporately
- Corporately track performance of CSR s to goals and communicate their standing to their managers

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
- At least 3-5 years of B2B customer support experience, preferably in the forklift or heavy equipment industry
- Mechanical aptitude is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented, ensuring lasting relationships with our customers
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office
- Ability to overcome sales objections and maintain positivity
- Willingness to adopt new tools and technologies to improve performance
- Strong time management skills
- Goal-oriented, always striving to exceed standards
- Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics
