Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Project Manager to lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that all project goals are met within the designated timeframe and budget, coordinating efforts across teams and working closely with clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Work directly with clients to determine project requirements and expectations.
- Project Design: Conduct site visits, oversee the creation of as-built drawings, and integrate engineering elements into cohesive designs.
- Documentation: Prepare scale drawings, contract documents, and manage project documentation.
- Contract Administration: Oversee construction contracts and perform site observations to ensure compliance with plans.
- Team Coordination: Establish work plans, assign personnel, and direct project activities to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Technical Support: Provide technical advice and problem resolution, coordinating with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Licensure: Valid architecture license in Virginia.
- Experience: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of building design, construction methods, and the ability to interpret specifications and drawings.
