Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Technician and be a vital part of our manufacturing process, creating high-quality residential and commercial garage doors. This position offers a hands-on environment with diverse responsibilities, including installing windows, applying foam insulation, packaging, and labeling products to ensure every product meets our standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble garage doors for residential and commercial clients, ensuring precision and quality.
- Install windows in garage doors using basic hand tools.
- Apply foam insulation to enhance product durability and energy efficiency.
- Package and label products accurately for shipping and delivery.
- Maintain safety standards and cleanliness on the production line.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Comfortable working on a production line for 10-hour shifts.
- No formal education required; a High School Diploma or GED is not necessary.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team spirit.
Shift Details:
- Monday to Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Friday.
- First shift, starting at 7:00 AM and ending at 5:30 PM.
- Location: Mocksville, NCÂ
- Industry: Industrial manufacturing.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities:
- Starting pay at $17.00 per hour, increasing to $17.50 upon hire.
- Progressive wage scale with guaranteed raises every 3-6 months during the first 3 years, reaching up to $22.30, plus merit-based increases.
