What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play a key role in building high-quality garage doors. Daily tasks may include:
- Installing windows in garage doors using basic hand tools
- Adding foam insulation to door panels
- Packaging and labeling finished products
- Supporting various steps in the production and assembly process
- Working on a production line for up to 10-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing / production environment
- Reliable and able to stand for extended periods
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Pay, Raises & Growth Opportunities
- Start at $17.00/hr
- Increase to $17.50/hr when hired full-time
- Guaranteed raises every 3–6 months for the first 3 years
- Earn up to $22.30/hr (plus additional merit increases!)
- Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours
- Earn 4 hours of comp time for perfect attendance (no tardies!)
