Job Title: Barista & Customer Service Associate (Coffee Shop)
Are you passionate about coffee, love meeting new people, and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment? We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista & Customer Service Associate to join our growing team to work in our in-house Coffee Shop for our employees.
Location: Greensboro, NC
Job Type: Part-Time – 20 hours a week. Mon-Thurs 6am-10am, Fridays from 1:30pm - 5:30pm and some Saturdays - 10am-2pm.
What You'll Do:
- Craft delicious coffee and specialty beverages with care and consistency
- Take customer orders with a smile and run the cash register efficiently
- Assist with opening duties and prepare the shop for a great day
- Keep the shop stocked, clean, and organized
- Support blind or visually impaired team members as a spotter when needed
- Provide top-notch customer service—make every guest feel welcome!
- Follow food safety and workplace safety guidelines
- Maintain good hygiene and a neat, professional appearance
- A positive, outgoing personality and great communication skills
- Friendly, polite, and ready to be part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant is preferred
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
