Job Description
The Resource is seeking experienced Batch Mixers to join our client, a manufacturer of natural and organic snack products, located in High Point, NC! This is a permanent, Direct-Hire position that offers a pay rate of $19.50 per hour and has a 3rd shift working schedule (11:00pm-7:00am; Monday-Thursday & 9:00pm-7:00am, Sunday) The Batch Mixer will play a crucial role in the production process and will be responsible for accurately measuring and mixing raw materials using commercial equipment to create batches of products. Ideal candidates for this role should have excellent attention to detail to enforce the company's commitment to producing high quality products. Candidates for this role must also be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively. Responsibilities:
-Measure and weigh raw materials according to specified formulas and recipes
- Operate mixing equipment to blend materials thoroughly
- Monitor batch quality, making adjustments as necessary to ensure product consistency
- Maintain accurate records of batch data and quality control checks
- Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Batch Mixer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong mathematical skills for precise measurements
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
