We're partnering with a rapidly growing restaurant organization with multiple locations throughout North Carolina and continued expansion into South Carolina. As the company continues to grow, they are creating their first dedicated Human Resources Manager role to build and lead the HR function while helping develop a strong, people-focused culture across the organization.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly with ownership and executive leadership to establish HR processes, strengthen recruiting efforts, support operational leaders, and drive employee engagement during an exciting period of growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day Human Resources functions for a growing multi-location restaurant organization
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth
- Lead recruitment for Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, District Managers, and corporate support positions
- Oversee onboarding and talent acquisition strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Help develop leadership training and employee development initiatives
- Travel to restaurant locations throughout North Carolina and South Carolina as needed to support managers and employees.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience
- Experience supporting multi-location or high-volume operations
- Strong background in recruiting and employee relations
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build HR processes from the ground up
- Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or service industry experience is highly preferred
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
