Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Take incoming calls regarding foreclosures
- Provide timely and accurate information for incoming customer contacts via phone, fax and email
- Document all customer contacts in tracking tool
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Comply with CFPB regulations
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Have a “thick skin” to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
- Have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
- Strong detail orientation and listening skills
- Possess strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Broad knowledge of Foreclosure and law and ability to communicate foreclosure knowledge clearly and concisely
- Bilingual/Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
- Previous call center and customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to operate computer and navigate customer management system
- Type a minimum of 45 WPM
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
