We are seeking Entry-Level Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers to join a dynamic crew focused on quality craftsmanship and long-term growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with some carpentry experience who are eager to learn, grow, and work toward a lasting career crafting one-of-a-kind wood and material elements that are integral to brand activations, trade show exhibits, pop-up shops, and retail displays. Your work will help clients connect with their audience through memorable, immersive experiences.
**Busy season begins in July and August—**candidates must be available for Overtime!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with framing, trim work, cabinet assembly, and basic finish carpentry
- Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, and install wood components
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and site guidelines
- Support lead carpenters and tradespeople on-site
- Some hands-on experience with framing, finish carpentry, cabinet assembly, or trim work
- Familiarity with basic hand tools (tape measure, hammer, drill, saws, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods
