We are partnering with a well-established financial institution in Winston-Salem, NC to hire an experienced Commercial Loan Specialist for their Loan Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in commercial lending operations who can manage the full loan lifecycle from origination through post-closing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial loan due diligence, documentation, closing, and post-closing review
- Prepare and review loan documents using LaserPro
- Coordinate third-party items such as appraisals, flood certifications, environmental reports, title work, and insurance documentation
- Partner with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and clients throughout the loan process
- Accurately board and fund loans within the core system
- Process renewals, extensions, UCC filings, and exception tracking
- Ensure all loan files meet compliance, accuracy, and turnaround standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication both internally and externally
- 7–10+ years of commercial loan processing or loan operations experience
- LaserPro experience required
- Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation, boarding, and closing procedures
- Understanding of loan compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- Experience with Fiserv DNA preferred
- Detail-oriented and highly organized professional
- Strong communicator who works well across teams
- Ability to manage complex loan files with accuracy and efficiency
- Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
