Summary:
Join our dynamic Speaker Forum Team as the Community and Patron Relations Coordinator, providing administrative, logistical, and project support. This role focuses on patron management, customer service, and fostering strong relationships with sponsors, donors, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to leadership and maintain organized records.
- Manage constituent lists, patron records, and communication efforts.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and sponsor engagement activities.
- Handle inquiries via email and phone while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Oversee sponsor benefits, payments, and donor relations.
- Assist with marketing, outreach, and community engagement efforts.
- Support event logistics, including registration and promotional materials.
- Associate’s degree + 3-5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and database management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for events.
