Work Schedule
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 12-hour rotating shifts on a 3-2-2-3 schedule
- 36 hours one week / 48 hours the next
- Includes 8 hours of overtime every other week
- Two guaranteed days off every week
- Operate and monitor textile converting equipment, including:
- Laminators
- Slitters
- Folder/Gluers
- Follow detailed production instructions, work orders, and safety procedures
- Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance standards
- Record daily production activity, downtime, and adjustments in a logbook
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment
- Medical-grade nonwoven fabrics
- Surgical gowns
- Sterilization wraps
- Healthcare and protective textile materials used nationwide
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (textiles a plus)
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotating schedules
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
