Coordinator Support Associate – Charlotte, NC (Full-Time with Rotating Weekends)

We are seeking a Coordinator Support Associate (CSA) to join our client’s dynamic team full-time, including rotating weekends. This role is critical in maintaining the seamless operation of their Charlotte operations and supporting Placenta Donation Coordinators (PDCs) by traveling between the different locations in the Charlotte area.

Key Responsibilities
As a Coordinator Support Associate, you will:
  • Ensure the office is fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Conduct and document routine daily checks.
  • Perform regulated tasks and cleaning per company SOPs and work instructions (WIs).
  • Adhere to privacy rules and industry regulations set by the AATB, FDA, and other state/federal agencies.
  • Support Placenta Donation Coordinators in obtaining informed consent, identifying donors, and performing tissue acquisition procedures.
  • Obtain and document patient medical records and blood specimens while maintaining chain-of-custody.
  • Participate in aseptic placenta tissue acquisition in operating rooms.
  • Label, package, and ship tissues and lab specimens accurately.
  • Perform record keeping, facility maintenance, tissue storage, and inventory management.
  • Maintain and clean laboratory equipment and prepare temperature records.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to lift 30 pounds and sit/stand for extended periods.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Willingness to work weekends.
    • Must complete a hospital orientation and credentialing process.
