- Answer inbound customer calls and provide professional support
- Process, verify, and enter customer orders into CRM/ERP systems
- Manage order reconciliation, returns, and inventory tracking
- Generate and provide accurate price quotes
- Coordinate and schedule freight shipments and logistics
- Handle returned goods and resolve delivery or damage issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with filing, documentation, and general administrative support
- Participate in inventory counts, audits, and reporting
- Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly
- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure order fulfillment
- High-energy, fast-paced setting
- Multiple tasks and priorities handled simultaneously
- Frequent interaction with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Requires strong organization and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
- Solid computer skills (CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office)

- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office tools preferred
- Basic math and data entry accuracy skills required
