We' re seeking a Customer Service Rep/Asst Project Manager to join our client, a family-owned and operated display design company located in High Point, NC! This is a permanent, Direct Hire opportunity to join a synergistic team that' s guided by their governing principles of quality, response and integrity. The CSR/Asst Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager, customer, vendors and internal resources ensuring that all orders are entered, scheduled and ready to be built based on a specific time line. The ideal candidate will have experience using ERP systems, strong Excel skills, and excellent customer service and follow up skills. - Support assigned set of clients and internal Project Manager
- Answer and respond to client emails in a timely manner
- Ongoing communication and follow up clients, vendors and internal resources
- Ensure all orders are entered and accurate.
- Coordination of all shipping deadlines
- Create internal deadlines and ensure that they are followed
- Assist in keeping each project organized and on track

- Good multi-tasker
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of organization
- Hands on mentality and the ability to be a key player
- Extremely proactive and self-motivated
- Strong Excel experience, as well as ERP System (E2) experience
