Customer Service Rep/Assistant Project Manager

- Support assigned set of clients and internal Project Manager
- Answer and respond to client emails in a timely manner
- Ongoing communication and follow up clients, vendors and internal resources
- Ensure all orders are entered and accurate.
- Coordination of all shipping deadlines
- Create internal deadlines and ensure that they are followed
- Assist in keeping each project organized and on track
- Good multi-tasker
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of organization
- Hands on mentality and the ability to be a key player
- Extremely proactive and self-motivated
- Strong Excel experience, as well as ERP System (E2) experience
