Our client in Greensboro, a credit reporting agency, is seeking customer service representatives to add to their team! This position offers a competitive pay rate and has a mid-shift working schedule (10: 00am- 7: 00 pm; Monday- Friday). The customer service representatives would be responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting customers with their needs, resolving customer issues, and accommodating clients. Qualified candidates must has excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, a professional attitude, and detail oriented. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and identify the type of assistance they need
- Handle escalated calls, resolving more complex customer issues
- Ask questions and listen actively to identify issues while documenting required information in computer systems
- Assist customers in navigating company website and encourage them to learn to complete tasks independently in the future
- Use computer system to track, gather information and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer
- Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the client. This may include weekends, holidays and inclement weather

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year customer service representative experience or 1 years experience in an office setting, call center setting or phone support role
- High School Diploma
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to multi task duties as well as the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation including the training period where lunches and breaks are scheduled
- All new hires will be required to successfully complete a 6 week customer service training class and demonstrate proficiency of the material
- All new hires will be required to test and successfully pass weekly assessments
- Must be able to work in a team environment
