We are now hiring a Customer Service Representative for our manufacturing client in the King, NC area! This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity, offering a pay rate of $10.25 per hour to start, with a 1st shift working schedule. This role is responsible for sales and customer service that support the company, and qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills. - Offer timely responses to RFQs (request for quote)
- Process custom orders following the standard procedure involving art and production departments
- Call every custom web submission lead before responding via email with a quote
- Assist in processing online and Amazon orders as requested on a daily basis
- Reply to customer service inquiries as they appear in a timely manner
- Confirm with sales team/co-workers that a reply hasn t already been offered to avoid double response
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to management and communicating with customer in a timely manner
- Assist the team in conducting thorough and timely follow-up after trade shows, customer meetings, email blasts, etc. As needed
- Contribute to company success by maintaining a healthy positive attitude and a willingness to help and assist wherever you might be needed based on unique customer demands or business opportunities

- High School Diploma or equivalent, College Degree is preferred
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Basic typing skills (45 wpm)
- Adept at meeting sales goals, prospecting, and closing
- Ability to sit, stand, and use hands to handle, or touch merchandise, tools or computers
- Comfortable lifting/moving up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Must successfully complete all testing as it relates to typing, data entry, basic math, and Microsoft Word & Excel
- Ability to build a professional and technical knowledge of the printing and promotional industry
