Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers by phone, email and/or in person to receive orders, cancellations, and changes for product or to clarify needs/requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and manufacturing team
- Provide quality customer experience
- Data entry for New Customer Setup
- Tracking of orders, samples
- Communicating changes, delays, requests, etc. to sales representatives and customers as appropriate
Managing backlog and special request
- Key orders, print and distribute production paperwork
- Maintain direct contact with customers by phone/email and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Partner effectively with Senior Leadership and Sales teams
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communication effectively with customers and all levels of the organization
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
- Understanding of inches and or millimeters
Preferred Skills:
- Associates Degree or higher
- Experience in Cabinet Manufacturing or Wood Manufacturing environment
- Prior experience as Customer Service Representative in manufacturing
- Experience with MS Dynamic NAV
