Job Description
A local moving and storage company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their growing team and deliver outstanding service and support to customers and partners. This role offers room for growth in a dynamic team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is someone with strong sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, working in-person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries about moving, storage, pricing, and services.
- Respond to online quote requests promptly to drive business growth.
- Use sales experience to identify opportunities, upsell, and promote additional services to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records for scheduling, estimates, and billing.
- Coordinate with delivery specialists for seamless logistics and scheduling.
- Promote company services to residential and commercial clients.
- Handle customer issues professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Perform clerical and general office duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); post-secondary education (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferred in a related industry).
- Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, smartphones, and internet applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
