Customer Service Representative
Winston- Salem, NC 27107
- Processing orders for customers
- Calling or emailing customers with order status updates
- Answering Customer calls (inquiries about product, order status, etc.)
- Clearing EDI errors/Working in Customer Portals
- At least 4-years of experience in customer service or a strong administrative role
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience is required
- Previous JD Edwards experience is preferred but not required
- Must have previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, customer focused and self-directed
