We' re seeking Customer Service Representatives for our client, a marketing support and logistics service, at their call center facility in Greensboro! These long-term temporary opportunities have a pay rate of $12.00 per hour, with a working schedule of 11: 00am-8: 00pm, and the potential of being hired on permanent for stand-out employees! Training will take place from 9: 00am-5: 00pm (Monday-Friday) for 3-4 weeks, and attendance is critical during this period to move forward in the hiring process. This is a climate-controlled facility with a casual dress code! Customer Service Representatives interact with customers to provide answers to inquiries involving products and/or services. Responsibilities include answering questions, solving problems, or providing advice or assistance, interacting with customers via phone and various other touchpoints. Candidates should have good typing and data entry skills, as well as good communication skills, both verbal and written. - Work directly with Account Representatives, Supervisor, and Manager to ensure each customer and project are handled to meet the client s expectations
- Learn clients products and services, and keep up to date with changes
- Serve customers by providing accurate product and service information
- Provide information in a prompt, efficient, courteous and professional manner
- Ability to control the conversation and to be able to terminate calls appropriately
- Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts, procedures and policies
- Maintain customer records by keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Evaluate all relevant information to help solve customer problems
- Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
- Attract potential customers by answering questions, and suggesting information about other products/services
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
- Report any developing trends or any unresolved or potential problem so that corrective action can be taken
- Access the company s internal systems to obtain and extract order information to provide outstanding customer service
- Utilize computer technology to handle high volume of workload

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Call Center experience is helpful
- Successfully complete all pre-employment training and testing, including Typing, Data Entry, and Call Center Scenerios
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to express oneself clearly and tactfully, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent listening skills, stress tolerance, and problem solving skills
- Skilled in basic grammar and spelling
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to handling diverse projects
- Schedule flexibility in order to work overtime as required
- Computer literate and proficient at typing (40 words per minute)
- Excellent Attendance
- Initiative and drive to perform well
