We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for our client, a medical billing service located in Salisbury, NC! This Temp to Hire opportunity, offers a competitive pay rate, and has a 1st shift working schedule (9: 00am-6: 00pm). The customer service representatives will be responsible for handling calls in regards to customer medical accounts, handle questions or complaints, and update account statuses and database regularly. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, and be tech-savvy in order to navigate the company' s software system. Previous customer service experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Good phone, email and overall communication skills is a plus. Also must be a team player and work well with others
- Build relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center data base
- Meet personal/team targets
