Job Description
We're hiring for Customer Service Representatives for our client, a law firm, located in Winston-Salem! This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity, offering a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, with a 1st shift work schedule (8:30am-5:30pm). The Customer Service Rep is responsible for taking incoming calls regarding foreclosures, documenting customer information, and providing timely feedback. Candidates must have strong communication skills and be able to handle customers with professionalism. Knowledge of foreclosure and law is preferred and fluency in English and Spanish. Responsibilities:
- Take incoming calls regarding foreclosures
- Provide timely and accurate information for incoming customer contacts via phone, fax and email
- Document all customer contacts in tracking tool
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Comply with CFPB regulations
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Have a “thick skin” to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
- Have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
- Strong detail orientation and listening skills
- Possess strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Broad knowledge of Foreclosure and law and ability to communicate foreclosure knowledge clearly and concisely
- Bilingual/Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
- Previous call center and customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to operate computer and navigate customer management system
- Type a minimum of 45 WPM
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
