Digital Content Specialist Supervisor
We are looking for a Digital Content Supervisor to lead a team of Digital Content Specialists to create a world-class digital presence. This role focuses on maintaining product data and digital assets for omni-channel and online-only product lines across retailer platforms. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams, while partnering with retailer Brand Advocates to meet customer standards and elevate digital merchandising. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with the opportunity to work remote and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage Digital Content Specialists; monitor workloads and ensure task efficiency.
- Digital Content Management: Oversee item setup and maintain product content integrity on retailer platforms.
- Process Optimization: Audit product pages, remove discontinued items, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and retailers to meet evolving standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in data, marketing, eCommerce, or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years in digital content management, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Starting Pay Range between $65 - $85,000 based on experience
