Cycle Counter – 2nd Shift | $21/hr | Clemmons, NC
Location: Clemmons, NC
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) + Mandatory Overtime (up to 2:00 AM) + Saturday Availability

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cycle counts of inventory items using established procedures and counting tools.
- Accurately record inventory data in inventory management systems and verify results.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by collaborating with warehouse and procurement teams.
- Generate detailed inventory reports and provide updates to management.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with warehouse operations, logistics, and finance teams to maintain alignment.
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- High School diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification in inventory management preferred).
- Experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse/distribution environments.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems; ERP experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move inventory items as needed.
