Are you an experienced sit-down forklift operator looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment? Join our team and play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly by loading/unloading trucks and transporting materials to and from machines.
This is not a forklift-only position — while operating a forklift is a core part of your duties, you will also be involved in other warehouse and production support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, verifying accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Deliver and retrieve materials to and from machines or workstations
- Support general warehouse and material handling tasks when not operating the forklift
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and standard operating procedures
- 1+ year of recent forklift operation experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Must be flexible to assist with both forklift and non-forklift duties as needed
