EHS, Training & Continuous Improvement Coordinator
Location: Mocksville, NC
Pay: $25+ per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Starts on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), then transitions to 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated EHS, Training & Continuous Improvement Coordinator with strong leadership potential to support safety programs, training initiatives, work instruction development, and ERP implementation. This role is ideal for candidates with distribution leadership experience—such as Leads or Supervisors with 2–4 years of experience—who are looking for a career path toward future supervisory or management opportunities.
The Coordinator will play a key role in shaping operational processes, supporting employee training, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace.

The Coordinator will play a key role in shaping operational processes, supporting employee training, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace.
What You’ll Do
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)
- Serve as the lead safety contact for the facility
- Support safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective action tracking
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Maintain safety logs, training records, and reporting documentation
- Develop, update, and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and training materials
- Lead training sessions for new hires and existing employees
- Ensure operational documentation remains accurate and accessible
- Identify workflow, quality, and performance improvement opportunities
- Support Lean initiatives and process standardization
- Assist with data collection, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
- Play a key role in ERP system rollout, testing, and adoption
- Assist in mapping workflows, entering data, and supporting user training
- Act as a liaison between operations and IT/ERP teams
- Work closely with facility leadership to learn operations, products, and site flow
- Support team leads and supervisors with daily coordination tasks
- Grow into higher-level responsibilities based on performance and skill development
- 2–4 years of distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing leadership experience (Lead, Coordinator, Supervisor)
- Strong technical aptitude and computer literacy
- Experience with training, SOP development, or EHS programs a plus
- ERP experience preferred (implementation support a strong advantage)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence
