Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment used in high-tech manufacturing and banknote production. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of industrial machinery and automation systems, contributing to our mission of providing top-quality security products.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test electrical systems, circuits, and equipment used in banknote printing and manufacturing.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with machinery to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Work alongside mechanical and software engineers to integrate electrical systems into automated production processes.

Perform regular maintenance and calibration of electrical systems to ensure peak performance and safety compliance.

Develop and maintain electrical schematics, technical drawings, and documentation for system design and troubleshooting.

Conduct power analysis, load testing, and failure mode analysis to improve system reliability and efficiency.

Monitor electrical system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational safety, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, local codes, and safety regulations (e.g., NEC).

Provide technical support to the production team for system troubleshooting and optimization.

Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve electrical systems and automation processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit design, and troubleshooting.

Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HMI, and industrial automation is a plus.

Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards (e.g., NEC).

Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, MATLAB, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to walk, stand, or bend for up to 12 hours.

Excellent color vision and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to work on any shift, including 12-hour shifts.

Must adhere to strict security and safety regulations.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in currency production or security printing.

Knowledge of Allen-Bradley and Siemens automation platforms.

Understanding of power distribution, control systems, and energy efficiency techniques.

Certification or training in industry-specific safety and technical standards.
