Job Description
Our client, the world’s leading manufacturer of spun yarns, is seeking recent college graduates to join their emerging leader team. The ideal candidate will have a 4-year business or textile-related degree and be willing to relocate within the United States.
Salary: $56,000
Responsibilities:
- Learn how to manage and lead approximately 20 - 30 production employees to meet daily production, quality, and safety goals.
- Supervisor will possess or attain knowledge of our manufacturing process and related equipment, machinery, and systems, including the proper setup and control settings of the equipment.
- Thoroughly communicate important information to all employees to ensure the smooth flow of materials/products and, to make sure employees possess the information needed to successfully perform their job duties.
- Maintain conformance of policies, rules, and procedures on his / her shift. Take appropriate coaching, counseling, and corrective action (when necessary) with non-conforming associates.
- Attain a high level of working knowledge of all QC Systems and material/product testing equipment.
- Manage ADP Time & Attendance on a daily basis for all direct report employees.
